Since all scents are customized after your request, returns are not possible. However, if something should happen to your scent during shipping, don’t worry! Your recipe is saved and we can provide you with a new No Ordinary Scent. Scent is very subjective. And therefore we cannot guarantee that your personal expectation on the scent is met. No Ordinary Scent is a self-exploring experience and we encourage all customers to have an open mindset when they enter the world of scents.
